DMCA Takedown and Appeal Process If we receive a valid DMCA takedown request, we will remove the content as required by copyright law. In the interest of fairness, we may share the DMCA notice and the complainant’s contact information with the alleged infringer. If you believe the content was removed mistakenly, you may submit a counter-notice containing: A description of the removed content and its prior location. Your contact information: name, mailing address, phone number, and email. A sworn statement affirming that, under penalty of perjury, the removal was an error. A declaration agreeing to legal proceedings and consenting to accept legal documents. Your signature (either physical or electronic). We may reinstate the content upon receipt of a valid counter-notice unless the complainant takes legal action.
